This week we successfully handled several Blow Out Preventers (BOP), most of them weighing 30 tons. Our scope of work included transporting the BOPs into FLS warehouse in JAFZA, where our ISO & QHSE accredited cargo packing and lashing team made heat treated wooden bridge stands for weight spreading and cargo stability. The BOPs were then secured onto Flat Rack containers using high quality lashing chains & webbing belts in line with IMO safe lashing guidelines and shipped them to Far East.
